Classic Polo is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser (Woven) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in woven garments, vendor management, and end-to-end merchandising operations.
🔍 Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the complete merchandising cycle—from sampling to bulk production—while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
🧵 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product development from sampling to bulk production
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain quality standards across all stages
- Handle costing, order tracking, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations
✅ Requirements
- Diploma in Apparel, Textile, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment industry
- Strong expertise in woven merchandising (shirts & trousers)
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, washes, trims, and sourcing
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and vendor management abilities
