EEFIl Sourcing is a dedicated apparel buying and sourcing agency specializing in knitwear, woven apparel, sportswear, sustainable apparel, and fast fashion.
We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Female Merchandiser to join our Tiruppur office.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Manage buyer communication and daily merchandising activities.
Coordinate product development from tech pack to final sample and production.
Track T&A schedules, sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, fabric mills, trims suppliers, and factories.
Monitor order progress, quality requirements, and on-time deliveries.
Prepare quotations, order sheets, sample details, and merchandising reports.
Identify and resolve product development and production issues proactively.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in merchandising.
Fashion or apparel-related educational background preferred.
Experience with an apparel buying agency is an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of garment development and production processes.
