E-commerce Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product performance, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering an outstanding customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor sales performance, website analytics, and customer purchasing behavior.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient operational processes.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to drive growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Management.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
