Female Store & Customer Support Executive
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the showroom in a neat, organized, and customer-ready condition.
- Display and arrange trims, buttons, zippers, labels, laces, tags, and other garment accessories.
- Assist walk-in B2B customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product details, samples, pricing, and minimum order quantities.
- Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
- Monitor stock, update low-stock items, and manage new arrivals.
- Handle order entries, billing, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams.
- Respond professionally to WhatsApp and phone enquiries.
✅ Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Textile, Garment Accessories, Trims, Retail, or Showroom preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English communication preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, MS Excel, Email).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills, and communication.)
