🔹 Position: Safety Officer
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Additional safety certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the garment/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in administration and statutory compliance preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Factory Safety, EHS, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Handle administration-related activities.
- Monitor safety practices, PPE usage, and promote a safe working culture.
- Maintain records and ensure timely statutory compliance.
🔹 Position: Welfare Officer (Female)
Qualification
- Degree with MSW / Labour Welfare qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the garment/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in employee mobilisation, grievance handling, and employee welfare activities preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee welfare activities and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee mobilisation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with Government authorities and maintain statutory records.
- Support the HR team in employee relations and welfare programs.
