Fabric Department – Garment Export Industry (Knitwear)
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Fabric Department.
🔹 Fabric Manager (Code: FAB-MGR)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fabric execution from yarn to finished in-house fabric.
- Handle T&A (Time & Action) and fabric planning.
- Control the complete yarn-to-finished fabric process.
- Coordinate knitting, dyeing, and finishing activities.
- Monitor lot planning, BBOQ, and production priorities.
- Lead and manage the entire fabric department.
🔹 Fabric Assistant (Code: FAB-AST)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily fabric processes and execution.
- Follow up with knitting, dyeing, netting, and finishing units.
- Update daily process status.
- Handle movement, inward, and outward follow-up.
- Maintain ERP reports and pending updates.
- Support the fabric team in day-to-day operations.
🔹 Fabric Coordinator – R&D (Code: FAB-RND)
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new fabrics and coordinate technical sampling.
- Work on new fabric developments.
- Possess strong technical fabric knowledge.
- Handle sampling and fast development follow-up.
- Manage lab dips, strike-offs, and trial approvals.
- Coordinate with buyers, merchandising, and production teams.
