1️⃣ Fabric Lot Incharge (Store Keeper)
Responsibilities:
- Receive fabric lots and verify documents.
- Maintain lot-wise fabric records in the system.
- Store fabrics properly and ensure good condition.
- Issue fabrics to production as per requirements.
- Maintain stock accuracy and report balances.
- Follow FIFO methods and implement 5S practices.
Role Objective:
Ensure proper fabric store management and smooth fabric flow for production.
2️⃣ Fabric QC
Responsibilities:
- Check fabric quality as per standards.
- Inspect fabrics for defects and irregularities.
- Maintain inspection records.
- Report and follow up on quality issues.
- Ensure only approved fabrics are issued to production.
- Role Objective:
Maintain fabric quality and support defect-free production.
3️⃣ Fabric Sample Follow-Up (Fresher)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up fabric samples with suppliers.
- Ensure samples are submitted on time.
- Track sample status and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
- Possess good communication and time management skills.
- Role Objective:
Ensure timely sample follow-up to support smooth production planning.
