🔍 About the Role
Dehcy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Caller Executive to manage customer interactions across social media and messaging platforms. This role is focused on converting enquiries into sales through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Provide prompt and professional communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Convert leads into confirmed orders
- Maintain follow-ups to maximize sales conversions
- Keep accurate records of conversations and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
🧵 Business Area
You will support our Print-on-Demand and customized product segment, including:
- Custom apparel (T-shirts, etc.)
- Personalized gifts
- Bulk and corporate orders
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Hands-on experience with chat-based customer handling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of e-commerce is an advantage
