Production & Procurement Coordinator – Garments (Tirupur)

*Job Description:*
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production & Procurement Coordinator to handle end-to-end garment production coordination in Tirupur.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Purchase fabrics, trims & accessories as per requirement
2. Coordinate with fabric suppliers & accessory vendors
3. Issue fabric to cutting master and ensure correct consumption
4. Hand over cut panels to stitching units and follow up on timelines
5. Coordinate with sublimation printing units for printing & panel movement
6. Ensure timely stitching, finishing & packing of T-shirts
7. Quality check during cutting, stitching & final output
8. Plan and dispatch finished goods on time via bus / transport
9. Maintain basic records of inward, outward & production status
10. Daily coordination with owner/management on order status
*Required Skills & Experience:*
1. Minimum 2–5 years experience in Tirupur garment production
2. Strong knowledge of T-shirt manufacturing / sublimation garments
3. Good contacts with fabric, stitching & printing units (preferred)
4. Ability to handle multiple vendors & tight timelines
5. Basic understanding of GSM, fabric types, cutting & stitching process
6. Honest, responsible & good coordination skills
*Salary:*
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Salary depends on experience & capability)
*Preferred Candidate:*
1. Based in or around Tirupur
2. Experience in custom garments / sportswear / T-shirts
3. Can work independently and take ownership
