Fashion Designer / Senior Fashion Designer - Female
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our collections for kids, men, and women. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, brand identity, and commercial design, and will be capable of leading a design team from concept to production.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a leadership or senior role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating kids, men, and women’s wear
- Ability to lead and inspire a creative team
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and fit
- Excellent sketching, design, and visualization skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Participate in market visits, fashion shows, and trend forecasting activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
- Experience working with international or multi-category brands
- Knowledge of manufacturing, and quality standards
