Fashion Designer / Senior Fashion Designer
A leading garment export company is looking for a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer / Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of collections across Kids, Men’s, and Women’s wear.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, market awareness, and the ability to manage the complete design process from concept to production.
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (senior/lead role preferred)

Strong portfolio covering Kids, Men’s, and Women’s wear

Ability to lead, guide, and inspire a design team

In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and fit

Excellent sketching, visualization, and design skills

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software
-
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Willingness to participate in market visits, fashion shows, and trend forecasting
🔹 Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field

Experience with international or multi-category brands

Knowledge of sourcing, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
