🏗️ 1) SITE ENGINEER
🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
✅ Daily site supervision
✅ Checking drawings, BOQ & specifications vs actual work
✅ Material inspection & approval at site
✅ Managing labour & ensuring timelines
✅ Handling minor variations & client coordination
🎓 Qualification:
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Or Interior Design / Architecture-related field
📌 Experience:
• 2 – 6+ years in interior fit-out / turnkey interior projects
• Good knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, gypsum, modular furniture, etc.)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
⛽ Petrol Allowance: Available
🏛️ 2) ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER
🎓 Qualification:
• B.Arch (preferred) / M.Arch (Interior Architecture / Interior Design is a plus)
• OR B.Sc / B.Des Interior Design with strong portfolio
📌 Experience:
• 2 – 8+ years in interior design / fit-out projects
• Residential + Commercial (Villas / Offices / Showrooms)
💻 Software Skills:
✅ AutoCAD (Mandatory)
✅ SketchUp
✅ Revit (Preferred)
✅ Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion (for renders)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
