Strong knowledge of recruitment, statutory compliance, and employee retention is essential.
Must have experience handling both male and female workers, including Hindi- and Tamil-speaking employees.
2. HR Executive (Male)
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years
Qualification: Any relevant degree
Basic knowledge of Human Resources and HR operations is required.
3. IE Manager
Experience: 15+ Years
Must have experience in reputed knitted garment manufacturing units.
4. Nurse (Female)
Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply.
Must be willing to stay in the female hostel.
📍 2. MANGALAM, SULTHANPETTAI – WAREHOUSE UNIT
1. Store In-Charge
Experience: 1–2 Years
Must have knowledge of fabric or yarn store operations.
2. Fabric / Yarn Marketing Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years
Experience in fabric/yarn marketing, customer follow-up, and related activities is required.

1. Nurse (Female)
Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply.
Must be willing to stay in the female hostel.
2. Centralized IE Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Must have knowledge of costing, thread consumption, and other industrial engineering activities in garment manufacturing.

1. Factory Manager
Experience: 15+ Years
Must have experience in a reputed knitted garment manufacturing unit.
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE) is preferable.
