📌 Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager will lead online sales strategy, optimize digital platforms, and ensure seamless coordination across marketing, design, logistics, and customer service teams to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Website & Platform Management

Manage daily operations on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Handle product listings, pricing, descriptions & digital content.

Monitor site performance and coordinate technical improvements.

Optimize product pages for SEO & conversions.
2️⃣ Online Sales & Marketing
-
Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns.
-
Work with teams for social media, Google ads & influencer promotions.
-
Analyze marketing performance & ROI.
-
Plan festive sales, offers & promotions.
3️⃣ Merchandising & Inventory Coordination
-
Ensure product availability online.
-
Forecast demand based on trends.
-
Manage stock levels & coordinate dispatch with warehouse teams.
4️⃣ Customer Experience
-
Ensure smooth user journey from browsing to delivery.
-
Work with customer support to resolve issues.
-
Monitor reviews & improve customer satisfaction.
5️⃣ Data Analysis & Reporting
-
Track KPIs: Traffic, CR, AOV, CAC, Retention.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Use GA, Meta Ads Manager & analytics tools for insights.
6️⃣ Team Leadership

Lead content, digital marketing & e-commerce ops teams.

Collaborate with design, marketing & operations.

Expertise in Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
