SHIFT SUPERVISOR (Spinning Mill)
📍 Locations: Annur & Vijayamangalam
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage spinning mill operations during assigned shifts

Monitor production quality and ensure output meets specifications
-
Coordinate manpower and shift activities
-
Identify and resolve technical or production issues promptly
-
Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation
🎯 Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in spinning mill operations
-
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-
Technical knowledge of spinning machinery and processes
-
Ability to manage shift targets and team performance

Excellent communication and organizational skills
