- Ensure timely onboarding and pipeline management
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in tailor recruitment (garment sector preferred)
- Strong expertise in bulk hiring
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good local network with field recruitment exposure
- Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Immediate availability is an advantage
