 FOR A REPUTED COMPOSITE TEXTILE MILL IN DINDIGUL

 VEHICLE MANAGER

5 to 10 Years Experience

 

We are hiring vehicle manager for managing more then 30 commericial vehicles and the candidate should have experience on the following areas

 

 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet of vehicles, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.

• Manage vehicle scheduling, ensuring that vehicles are available for trips and deliveries as required.

• Coordinate the maintenance and repair schedules for all vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.

• Monitor and ensure that all fleet vehicles comply with legal requirements and vehicle insurance policies.

Timely compliance with FC requirements

• Track and manage the fuel consumption and maintenance costs of the fleet.

• Develop and implement safety protocols for drivers and ensure compliance with these protocols.

• Supervise and coordinate driver assignments, ensuring drivers are following routes, schedules, and safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, fuel usage, vehicle inspections, and driver performance.

• Handle any emergency situations, accidents, or breakdowns and ensure the proper protocol is followed.

• Optimize fleet usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Prepare and submit reports on fleet performance and costs to management.
