Essential academic qualification & experience: 

Minimum Graduate Course in Full Time Duration with 60 % Marks

Post Graduation Minimum 2 years  (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA).

Candidates who have appeared / appearing for the final examination in Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy to be held during November 2024 and are expecting their results in the year 2025 are eligible to apply. Membership of ICAI may be submitted on passing of professional examination.

 Computer Knowledge:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and should be

proficient in the use of computers and information technology.

 

AGE LIMIT AS ON (AUGUST 01, 2024):

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT):

Not below 21 years

& not above 28 years

Note:

As per Government Rules for age Relaxation also Applicable.

Remuneration Details:

               Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM-I) as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of training period for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of ` 65,000/- will be paid during the period of training.

               The pay band for Deputy Managers (JM-I) appointed in the service of the Bank shall be (` 48480- 2000-62480-2340-67160-2680-85920) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 12 th Bipartite Settlement.

irrespective of fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Only Online Applications will be considered  by the Bank.

       Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are ₹ 600/- for General and OBC candidates and ₹ 100/- (Intimation charges) for SC/ST/PwBD /EWS and Female candidates.

 The Selection Process will comprise Written test and Personal Interview.

Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Written test will be called for Personal Interview.
