Sub: Running of our Mill- permission requested.
Ref: The GO(Ms) No.193 dated 15.04 2020 of GoTN.
With reference to the GO above cited, we wish to state as here under.
1.Our mill is situated outside of Corporation/ Municipality limits in a rural area. Therefore, we are eligible to operate our Mill, as per Para.15(i) of the GO above cited.
2. Further, our mill is also situated from a distance of more than 7 KM radius of the Containment Zone. Therefore, we are entitled to run the mill as per Para.2(i)(ii)&(iii) of the GO.
3. We are having a full pledged hostel where in ....number of workers are staying now safely and all amenities are being provided. This also makes us eligible to run the mills as per Para.15(ii) of the GO.
4.Few other workers are residing in near by villages and they can be brought for work and can be sent back to their homes, by mill owned vehicles, as per Para17(ii) of the GO.
5. We undertake to follow all the measures as detailed in the SOP contained in Annexure-I of the GO.
6. We undertake to comply with any other conditions as imposed by the District Administration.
In view of all the same, we request the District Collector, to kindly grant us necessary permission, to run our mills from 20.04.2020 onwards.
