Skill Set:-
• Review, Comment and Finalizing the Technical and Ordering Specifications ofthe Projects.
• Executing the Projects and Completing the Projects within the Schedule.
• Programming and Monitoring Design for Plc and HMI/SCADA Respectively.
• Programming Configuration for Temperature Controllers (Eurotherm).
• Fat, Internal Testing and Site Commissioning For the Plc Panels.
• Prepare And Maintaining The Technical Report, Fat And Commissioning/Service Report For The Project.
• Troubleshooting Over the PLC Systems.
• Designing And Developing New Control Systems
• Testing, Maintaining And Modifying Existing Systems
Position : Manager – Design
Experience: - 5 to 8 years
Education: - BE (Mechanical/ Production)
Location: - Perundurai SIPCOT
Skill Set:
1. ASME code knowledge, working command on pressure vessels, heat exchanger and other tailor made equipment wit proficiency in ASME, TEMA and other International Standard.
2. ASME U stamp Working knowledge.
Responsibility:-
1. Should be able to perform thermal and mechanical design meeting codes and standards
2. Should be able to guide and lead team of engineers.
Manager – Operation and Maintenance (Multiple Effect Evaporators)
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Education : BE /Diploma
Location : Chennai
1. To be visited O & M sites regularly.
2. Knowledge in unit Operations & equipment.
3. Knowledge in boiler, cooling Tower & Evaporator more advantage.
4. Should have knowledge in Pumps & Instruments.
5. Can be handle O & M staffs.
6. Prepare shift schedule for all O & M shift sites.
7. Monthly Reports submission to the clients by mail.
8. Trouble shooting in Evaporator Plants & Handle clients.
9. Fluency in English & Hindi is added advantages
